Before I called it talent management, I was doing it anyway.\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In esports I managed ten-plus teams across multiple games – schedules, tournament logistics, practice partners, community and social media. I also managed an esports coach: client retention, communications, and I was present for contract negotiations.<\/p>

I’ve worked with musicians on brand and narrative – figuring out how they want to present themselves and building the framework around that.<\/p>

I’ve moderated and managed communities for streamers. I’ve helped creative people figure out how to present themselves to the world.<\/p>
